How to withdraw an application for a job

If you need to withdraw an application, Healthshifts makes the process simple for job seekers.

Follow the steps below.

Locum Profile:

  1. Log in to Your Healthshifts Profile

  2. Select the square icon with four circles in the top left corner of the screen.

  3. Go to ‘My Applications’
    From the menu, select ‘My Applications’ to view all your job applications.

  4. Find the Job
    Locate the job you want to withdraw your application from and click on it.

  5. Withdraw Application
    Scroll to the bottom of the job page and click on the ‘Withdraw Application’ button.

  6. Confirm Withdrawal
    A pop-up window will ask for your confirmation. Click ‘Withdraw’ to finalise the action.

Job Seeker Profile:

  1. Log in to Your Healthshifts Profile

  2. Select ‘My Applications’
    Click on ‘My Applications’ from the icons at the bottom of the page.

  3. Find the Job
    Find the job you wish to withdraw your application from and select it.

  4. Withdraw Application
    Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click ‘Withdraw Application.’

  5. Confirm Withdrawal
    A pop-up will prompt you for confirmation. Click ‘Withdraw’ to complete the process.

Note: You can also withdraw an application by following the same steps through the square icon with four dots inside, at the top left corner of your screen.
