Healthshifts makes it simple to review, categorise, and manage job applicants. You will also be notified via the app and email when an applicant has applied for a job.
Steps to view applicants
Log in to your Healthshifts Profile
Go to the Job Board by selecting on the ‘Job Board’ icon located at the bottom of the page.
Locate Jobs with applicants
Jobs with applicants will be clearly marked. You’ll see a yellow text box on the right-hand side of the job listing, indicating the number of applicants e.g., ‘3 Applicant(s)’. Click on this yellow text box to proceed.
Review the List of Applicants
A list of all applicants for that job will be displayed.
To view an applicant’s details
5. Access Applicant Details
Locate the applicant you want to view and select the three dots on the right-hand side of their name.
6. Select ‘View Details’ from the pop-up menu.
7. Review Applicant Information
You’ll now see the applicant’s complete profile, which includes:
Experience
About Me
CV
Skills
Pay Rate
To Categorise an applicant
8. Choose a Category
At the bottom of the applicant’s details page, select ‘Categorise’. Options include:
Shortlist
Interview
Successful
Unsuccessful
9. Confirm Your Choice
A prompt will ask you to confirm your selected status. Click ‘Update’ to proceed.
Quick categorisation Option
If you’re not currently viewing the applicant’s details, you can still categorise them directly from the list of applicants:
Select the three dots next to the applicant’s name.
Choose ‘Categorise’ from the pop-up menu.
Select the desired status (e.g., Shortlist, Interview, Successful, or Unsuccessful).
Click ‘Update’ to save your changes.
